Palm Harbor is a great place to live. Our kids go to school here and we could not be happier with the community. If you are not familiar with Palm Harbor, it is sandwiched between Tarpon Springs to the north and Dunedin and Clearwater to the south. It was originally settled in 1877 by J.C. Carver and got its name, Palm Harbor, in 1925. Palm Harbor got its start as a citrus growing community, but over the years developed into an affluent neighborhood and a wonderful place to live.
Today, Palm Harbor boasts over 50,000 residents. It is adjacent to the Gulf of Mexico and has wonderful opportunities for all kinds of outdoor activities. It is also a wonderful place to retire or raise a family. Palm Harbor has an excellent 26,000 square foot library. And it has great schools from elementary to high school. Palm Harbor also has a wide range of housing and business opportunities. All in all, it is a great place and we love it here.
