David sent the following comment a couple of weeks ago: “I am very, very pleased with how yesterday went. Dave and Anthony were awesome and my mother—who is a very harsh critic, believe me—was very happy. Thank you all for a job very well done.”
Another client said the following in an email: “I will write a review once I get a bit more settled. I don’t have a Google account but will figure something out. The service level that my move was given was exceptional and have not experienced that top level of customer service in years. Starting with the way you started the process made the stressful time calming and reassuring. Nick, Josh and Brandon worked professionally, clean and quickly. The amount of care they put into my possessions was like they knew how important they are to me. Thank you all so very much!”
We get many similar comments that never make it into Google reviews. Not all of our customers have Google accounts.
We always appreciate when customers give us their feedback. We are always striving to do our best, and it feels good to know that our customers are happy with our work.
At this point in our history we have received over 200 google reviews, as well as reviews on our BBB site and Yelp. There are probably reviews on other sites, those are the main ones we keep track of. We are extremely proud of those reviews and the overall rating on Google, but we have been in business much longer than the Google review system.
Paul Hauls started out in 1992 as a couple of guys and a truck, moving local residents here in the Tampa Bay. In 2003 we officially became Paul Hauls and started to grow our company. We have been moving people in the Tampa Bay Area for the last 30 years. We are blessed to have been able to work and grow here in Tampa over the last 30 years.
