Hurricane Ian was a devastating hurricane the swept through the south western part of Florida on September 28th. The hardest hit communities were those in the Fort Myers and Punta Gorda areas. Many homes were destroyed and people lost their lives. It was a terrible event that will take a long time to recover from.
